What Works

•    New Horizons staff work with students to identify personalized goals and objectives that can be impacted through program participation. 
•    Partnerships with agencies that employ youth have been successful.
•    Staff use a trauma informed approach with youth to determine what existing supports can be leverage as they work on housing goal.
