The Chittenden County Opioid Alliance is committed to collecting and analyzing data from transparent community partners to make data-informed decisions, drive interventions, and track progress. This dashboard serves to keep community members informed of the Alliance's work, as well as the climate of opioid use in Chittenden County.
You can read more about the Alliance on the CCOA website.
Our mission is to strengthen a coordinated system of individual and family-centered prevention, treatment, recovery supports and improved public health and safety in order to minimize the negative impact of opioids in our community.
We envision a community with a timely coordinated and comprehensive system of community partners and resources that successfully addresses the impact of substance use disorders.
Seamless transitions from one care setting to the next (i.e. hub to spoke) are necessary to ensure coordination and consistency of treatment, and to maximize patient experience.
