- All staff will complete the Foundations of Public Health online training.
- All staff will complete the National Incident Management System online training.
- All staff will complete the Quality Improvement and Performance Management online training.
- All staff will retake the Core Competency Assessment.
- All staff will have individualized training plans based on the Core Competency Assessment.
- All job descriptions will be rewritten to include the Core Competencies.
- Implement informal staff review at 6 month time periods.
