Story Behind the Curve
  • The program had strong outcomes in FY18 despite two major challenges: change in program manager and change in vendor (due to original vendor going out of business!)
  • Small gap in services in the spring during the transition to the new vendor did impact numbers but excellent service by the program manager really minimized the overall impact
  • Good improvement in both Better Off % measures from FY17 - the curve is definitely moving in the right direction!
