Creating Healthy Bonds (FSI) (Montgomery County FY18 and beyond) - Annual
Program Summary
Partnering with our Department of Corrections (MCCF) and community-based organizations to create a targeted and parallel programming effort from within MCCF for incarcerated parents and their children. Services will be provided in the community for children, caregivers, and ultimately the incarcerated parents upon their release. Effective services will be trauma-focused and will extend to recipients a continuum of programs to build resilience and useful coping strategies to deal successfully with the evolving changes within the family.
