What Works

Most off the wall idea:

Transportation: Encourage youth to consider taking jobs that are close to where they live so they can walk and bike to work; take a skateboard to work.

Homeless: Use Winchester Hall and the Fire Departments as open buildings for shelters when they are not operating.

Strategy

  1. Transportatino: Shuttles from outer areas into the work hubs
  2. Homeless: Coordinate the business community with the faith-based community; if faith-based community vouches for homeless youth to businesses they may be more likely to hire them.
