Strategy 4.2.3.1 - Create a
reporting process with templates for staff to regularly provide feedback on
progress toward achieving stated objectives.
Strategy 4.2.3.1 Update (December 2015) – A
standardized performance measure reporting template is being used to track
progress of employee performance measures. Directors, program managers, and
supervisors use this template to celebrate achievements, as well as discuss
barriers to successful implementation of performance measures with employees on
a quarterly basis.
