What Works
The release of new issues of Tx! and The Champion e-newsletter are the major factors that attract traffic to our site and encourage people to spend time on our pages. Hep related events, news and our own hepatitis campaigns also play a big part in attracting visitors to look around for longer. We tend to promote site visitors exploring our website on a pathway or journey rather than jump in-jump out.
Action Plan
We have been including links within the site that draw visitors into other parts of the site, before they exit. We have also included an easy to use page rating system that helps us gauge how well each page is meeting the needs of our site visitors.
