Dartmouth-Hitchcock has engaged in mulitple strategies to encourage employees and their family members to learn about and compete Advance Directives, including educational sessions, 'April 16th Advance Directive Days' promotions; group education, and 1:1 coaching sessions. Requests for Advance Directive coaching sessions is now routinely offered annually to employees during the annual health benefit selection process.
