Story Behind the Curve
Dartmouth-Hitchcock's Americorps Members work to ensure that when persons they serve would benefit from other community services such as food support, housing assistance, signing up for health insurance, and transportation supports, that they successfully get the support they need to fully engage in those services. These needs are common challenge for persons who are in early stages of recovery.
