The request for printed resources from people in prison has demonstrated a slight increase to 214 over this quarter.

Q2 2020:

Calls from prison generated 207 requests for prison packs over this quarter and for the financial year of 2019-20 the total number of hepatitis information packs sent into NSW correctional settings is 1134. An average of 95 packs a month or 285 per quarter. These numbers are up by a total of 321 packs from a total of 813 for the financial year 2018-19.

Q4 2019

There were 291 Infoline pack sent to people in custody this quarter. 

Q3 2019

There were 299 Infoline packs sent to people in custody this quarter.   This represents more than a two-fold increase on our target KPI. 

Q2 2019

There were 288 Infoline pack sent to callers from custodial settings this quarter.  This represents more than a two-fold increase on our target.  The number of calls from people in custody remains high and the Infoline pack continues to be extremely popular. 

Q1 2019

There were 191 Infoline pack sent to callers from custodial settings in quarter 1, 2019, representing a 61% increase on target.   This is the highest number of Infoline packs sent out to people call from custodial settings since we have been reporting on this measure.  

Q4 2018

There were 148 Infoline pack sent to callers from custodial settings in quarter 4, 2018, representing a 23% increase on target.  

Q3 2018 

There were 186 Infoline packs sent to Infoline callers in quarter 3, 2018, representing a 55% increase on target.  This is a very pleasing result as many people are benefiting from hepatitis B and C information resources!
