Story Behind the Curve
The Child Development Division (CDD) has a goal that all children receiving Child Care Financial Assistance will be in child care programs that are approved Specialized Child Care Programs. The CDD has been working with the CIS Child Care Coordinators to support child care programs to be at this standard, and the number of programs that meet the standard has been increasing. This has caused an increase in the number of children attending these programs to increase in the past fiscal year.
