Story Behind the Curve
Starting in Program Year 2022, the 5 local weatherization providers only weatherized single to 4 unit homes. A sixth local provider, 3E Thermal was brought into the network officially as the "statewide Multi Family Provider" who weatherized 5 or more unit rental projects. The number of true single unit homes that were weatherized increased as funding and capacity increased.
