Approval of FY20 outcome measures came after mid-year, so the survey was not completed for HF1. A survey will be complted in the second half of the year, and can be compared to the last survey from June 2019.
The LMB negotiated better, more meaninful outcome measures with GOC. Measures were not approved until March 2020.
