Story Behind the Curve
The increase from FY18-19 to FY19-20 is a testament to the dedication of our partners. When the coronavirus pandemic arrived, they had to pivot to maintain vital health services. Providers started offering telehealth (United Way was proud to offer an emergency grant for one partner to purchase "DoxyMe," a safe virtual platform for clinical appointments). Some providers also continued to offer in-person appointments, adding new sanitizing, mask-wearing, and social-distancing guidelines to keep clients and staff safe.
Partners
The partner agencies whose program data is aggregated here include:
- ACCESS - both Domestic Abuse Crisis & Support and Sexual Abuse Crisis & Support
- Eyerly Ball - agencywide
- NAMI - Wellness Center, Family & Peer Education, and Family & Peer Support
- YSS - Rosedale Shelter (with crisis services), Substance Abuse/Co-Occurring, Family Counseling, Service Coordination (Mental Health Evaluation and Med. Management AND Nursing Care Coordination data were reported prior to FY21-22; they have since discontinued reporting given different funding streams)
Action Plan
Note: this metric differs slightly from the bold goal performance measure A Health # of individuals provided with mental health services through UWSC partner agency programs and services in that Eyerly Ball's data is included here (as it is a partner agency) but not included in the other PM (as it does not receive UWSC funding). - AM
