Canton City Public Health's Laboratory division revises test fees once every five years to ensure that the community and our partners are charged appropriately for services and to ensure that laboratory services remain available.

Board reviewed and approved changes to 205.04 Laboratory Service Fees.

The Laboratory division will complete a time study of all tests to identify the direct and indirect costs then complete a cost methodology study for each test using the best practices available. After determining the appropriate fees for each service, the Canton City Board of Health will be asked to approve an updated fee schedule in Canton City Health Code 205.04 Laboratory Service Fees.
