Objective 4.1.2 Update (December 2015) – The department has consolidated (by means of virtualization) 9 of our 13 servers. Two servers have been added to accommodate the virtualization project. Two servers will remain as FAX servers which cannot be consolidated and the remaining servers will be virtualized and taken off-line by June 30^th, 2016. The objective has been modified to read as follows: “Decrease power consumption of ML Server room from 13 servers to 3 servers by December 2016.

Strategy 4.1.2.1 - Educate staff on efficient use of servers.
