Strategy 3.1.1.1 - Conduct a department-wide workforce
needs assessment, analyze data and report results by October 2015.

3.1.1.1 Update (December 2015) – The workforce needs assessment was
distributed to all staff in December 2015. The data still needs to be analyzed,
stratified and incorporated into the department’s draft Workforce Development
Plan. New target date for this strategy is March 2016.

(92.9%) of Full Time Employees took the workforce development survey in
December 2015.

to review needs assessment results and to develop a gap analysis to direct the workforce
development planning.

have determined that a specialized Workforce Development Taskforce is
unnecessary. Concepts can be discussed at existing Senior Leadership team
meetings and/or at divisional meetings. Strategy will be removed from plan.
