Story Behind the Curve
Objective 3.1.2 Update (December 2015) – A countywide job satisfaction survey was distributed to all Butte County employees by Butte County Human Resources in June 2015. The percentage of BCPHD respondents who indicated they were “satisfied” or “very satisfied” with their position in Butte County was 37.6%. This will be reflected in the updated plan. Before a target number and date can be established for this objective, BCPHD must confirm with Human Resources that a follow-up survey will be distributed.
