Goals are set for each individual child with their parents, who then collect the data. The number of goals can vary depending on the child/family need, usually between one and three. If a goal is not met in the target quarter, it may be changed or continued into the next.

At current date (March 18, 2016), 25% of unmet goals are due to children qualifying for special education services or outside resources such as TSA, therefore no longer qualifying for services with the Family Support Resource Provider. In Q3, 17% of goals have a target of the end of March that have not yet been re-evaluated with parents as to if those goals have been met.
