What Works

Advance notice of training weekends enables C me Advocates to plan their attendance around other commitments. Holding training in Spring and Autumn is more successful than other times of year as delegates tend to have greater availability at these times of year. Ensuring training includes new material and a variety of different activities ensures it is useful and well attended. Opportunities for less didactic sessions sessions are explored where possible.

Action Plan

Recruitment through Hep B Free society planned

Community Mobilisation training is now held once per a year. This presents a challenge in meeting the training target which will be addressed by running simpler training sessions targetted at specific groups including speakers of other languages.
