The increase in the number of youth completing their sanctions by the deadline is due to the increase in the overall number of referrals.

The partners that participated this year with the Teen Court Program are: Law Enforcement and Caroline County Circuit Court.
What Works
Youth are informed at court trial and exit interview that if they don't complete their sanctions on time they will be referred to the Department of Juvenile Services for formal procession. In FY22, 100% of youth completed their sanctions by the deadline.
