Story Behind the Curve
FY22 EOY: The program, while still incredibly busy, has been returning to pre-pandemic protocols for operation. The overall number of navigation cases is not significantly different but the volume of warmline calls (which do not result in navigation but are also managed by our navigators) has gone down which allowed for the staff capacity to resume these protocols.
