Parent/Guardians are required to attend the initial meeting of referral for their child to participate in the development of the POC. Invites are provided for every update but are at the discretion of the parent if they attend. Parents are encouraged to attend if possible. A release of information is required if a parent/guardian is not present or reached by phone at the time of the meeting. The Coordinator follows up with the parent after the update.
These numbers reflect ALL reviews and should not be embedded to the number of NEW reviews under How Much PM. This throws off the percentage of parents attending..
