Out of the total 93 participants served in the Healthy Heights, 20 parents participated completed the survey. As a result, the total 42% of the 20/48 parents completion of the knowledge-based performance measure is inaccurate, as it should be 100% of the sum of 20/20. As a result of the low rate of participants submitting their survey, in the feature, only respondents who complete the survey will receive the $10 grocery card incentive.
