The annual target percentage of adult clients that indicate improvement as measured by On Track is 75%. During the first reporting period of FY21 (July through December 2020), a total of 77% or 10 of 13 clients indicated improvement. Access to the “On Track” evaluation system was provided to behavioral health providers at no cost by Beacon Health Options, the MD Administrative Services Organization. When Beacon Health Options’ contract with the State ended, provider access to the “On Track” system was terminated.
Definition: On Track is an outcome measurement system using Feedback Informed Treatment (FIT). FIT uses patient-reported treatment outcomes to inform the delivery of psychotherapy.
