Story Behind the Curve
Since 2013, when Dartmouth-Hitchcock first started organizing school-based flu clinics, we have made a commitment to grow the number of participating schools from a starting point of four Lebanon schools to all regional schools, with an intent to offer universal access to flu vaccination for children in the NH communities served by our Public Health region. This has substantially been accomplished in the Upper Valley public health reigon. In 2017, Dartmouth-Hitchcock assumed coordination of school flu clinics in the Greater Sullivan County Public Health region, and has a similar committment to improve access to school-based flu vaccination.
