The HRCs have recently ramped up. Staffing has been limited and data collection has been limited for some of the HRCs. Staffing is anticipated to increase as well as enrollment in upcoming months.
Reporting and invoicing has been challenging which causes delays in data updates. The reporting burden for the HRCs have been more challenging that first anticipated.

Possibly provide more training for the staff. BBO is planning to provide more clear direction and guidance for HRCs for reporting and the timeline.
