In FY23, TFN hosted 8 sessions of Conversations on Race. Of these, 4 sessions were hosted with community partners from these sectors: education, environmental justice, mental health, and the arts. The Equity, Diversity and Inclusion Book Club also continued in partnership with Talbot County Free Library with 8 sessions during FY23. TFN also hosted a race equity training with Factuality for interested community members.
This measure tracks participants in TFN-sponsored racial equity trainings and seminars as well as in the Community of Practice sessions known as Conversations on Race. A prior training program in this strategy was Beyond Diversity.
