Story Behind the Curve
For HFY1 23: The number of cases reviewed by the Local Care Team is trending downward compared to previous years. Outreach continues to area agencies including the Garrett County Sheriff's office with referral and LCT information. The Local Care Team works closely with the Mental Health Coordinator for Garrett County Public Schools who serves on the LCT and coordinates referrals.

Action Plan
For FY22: Two (2) informational trainings were held for Garrett County Public School counselors and staff members and with the Early Childhood Advisory Council to promote the Local Care Team's mission and purpose to help bolster referrals in the county. A T&A session has also been scheduled to discuss how to improve referrals.
