Story Behind the Curve
FY19 Total: Of the five (5) total cases referred for in-state residential placement, during fiscal year 2019, only three (3) of them were alternatively served through community-based services, therefore resulting in 60% for the year. The five (5) cases were initially referred for RTC placement, however after team review, they were deemed inappropriate at that time and community based referrals were alternately made.
