FY 2020: Of the nine (9) legally mandated Local Care Team members for every meeting, members have been able to attend 77.8% of the meetings.  Assuming that due to the reduced number of meetings and the ability to telework/attend virtually is what contributed to the increase in participation in the second half of FY20.  (Attendance has been as follows:  DJS 9/10; DDA 7/10; LBHA 10/10; BOE 7/10; LHD 8/10; DSS 10/10; LMB 10/10; Parent Advocate MCF 9/10; DORS 3/8)
FY 2019: Of the nine (9) legally mandated Local Care Team members for every meeting, members have been able to attend 73% of the meetings.  DORS has not had any participation this fiscal year, however they have been in contact and will be attending in the future.  DORS has had vacancies which has left the staff covering two counties.  (Attendance has been as follows:  DJS 7/10; DDA 7/10; LBHA 10/10; BOE 7/10; LHD 4/10; DSS 10/10; LMB 10/10; Parent Advocate MCF 9/10; DORS 0/10)
FY 2018: The Local Care Team (LCT) was previously operating as the Local Care Coordination (LCC) prior to hiring the Local Care Team Coordinator in mid May 2018.  Meetings were held when necessary and the numbers for the time frame January 1 through June 30, 2018 are a combination of LCC and LCT.   The LCC consisted of only members involved in the case(s), therefore the numbers for attendance of mandated membership is low.  Since the hiring of a full-time coordinator, there has been active recruitment of the mandated members needed for the team.  In the past, a representative from DORS only attends if it is one of their participants.
