The total number of school-aged children served during FY21 is 95. This included 95 unduplicated school-age children served during HFY1. A total of 58 school-age children transitioned into FY21 from FY20. A total of 38 school-age children initiated service during HFY1 of FY21 and transitioned into HFY2.
Definition: School-aged Children are children and youth generally between the ages of 3 (pre-K) and 17 (12th grade). A family is considered enrolled in the FSI program when the participation agreement has been signed, and all eligibility paperwork has been verified. A family is considered served in the FSI program when their enrollment is complete and they have begun receiving program services, such as intensive case management, to prevent homelessness. The Annual fiscal year (FY) report will provide the total unduplicated number served for the entire fiscal year.
