Data Discussion

The target number for new families served in FY21 was 20.  The total number of unduplicated families served during FY21 was 44.  This included 23 families that transitioned from FY20 into FY21, and 21 new families that began services during FY21.  The 23 families that transitioned from FY20 into FY21 successfully completed the program during HFY1 of FY21.

Definition:  The Annual (FY) report will provide the total unduplicated number served for the entire fiscal year.  A family is considered enrolled in the FSI program when the participation agreement has been signed, and all eligibility paperwork has been verified. A family is considered served in the FSI program when their enrollment is complete and they have begun receiving program services, such as intensive case management, to prevent homelessness.  In reporting the number of families served, a new count is started at the beginning of every fiscal year.
