FY21: The Reengagement Coordinator will document referrals made to community agencies and partners toward addressing barriers to engagement in school or work. She will provide follow up for all referrals to determine level of success or engagement of each student.
Data Discussion
FY21: Due to COVID-19 restrictions, face-to-face meetings were not possible during the year. In-person contact was not an option during much of the year and TCPS policy does not allow an individual staff member to meet with a student virtually via Zoom and other platforms. While the Reengagement Coordinator established other routes for communication, the lack of personal contact may have adversely impacted success in service delivery to program participants.
