TFN in the Panhandle grant year is:
- Quarter 1: July-September
- Quarter 2: October-December
- Quarter 3: January-March
- Quarter 4: April-June
The program follows a 2-year goal cycle.
2009-2011
Objective Baseline: SYNAR completed 26 compliance checks in 2010. 85% in compliance.
2011-2013:
SYNAR completed 16 compliance checks in 2012, 100% in compliance, an increase from 85% in 2010. TFN funded compliance checks completed 118 in 2012, with 95% in compliance.
2013-2015

192 compliance checks done throughout Box Butte, Dawes, Sheridan, Scottsbluff, Morrill and Cheyenne County with 92 percent in compliance.
2017-2019

HY2 2017: 92% of businesses found in compliance.
2017-2019 Objective: Complete compliance checks throughout the Panhandle each year with a minimum of 90% compliance rate by June 30, 2019.
