(Annual FY): The annual target percentage for youth who did NOT commit a juvenile offense (DJS Intake) during the course of counseling is 80%. A total of 100% or 25 of 25 closed cases did not commit a juvenile offense (DJS Intake) during the course of counseling in FY22.
Definition: DJS Referral: A “referral” is made when a juvenile complaint is sent to Department of Juvenile Services (DJS) intake. The police, citizens, and schools can make referrals to DJS. In the case of felonies, referrals typically come from the police.
