At this time, Mary Greeley Medical Center Home Health Services is the only partner agency offering community clinics and reporting this data point.
MGMC's "Community Clinics and Health Education" is described as follows: "MGMC offers monthly flu clinics, vaccination clinics, and Senior Health Clinics that include blood pressure checks; foot care and nail care; and education on hypertension, stroke, diabetes, and signs of wounds/infection. The clinics help prevent unnecessary hospitalizations and reduce emergency room visits, and prevent the spread of preventable life-threatening diseases."
