The South County Hub is a new initiative to bring services, specifically supports for Disconnected Youth, to the area south of Central Avenue in Anne Arundel County. This area is very rural with virtually no services (government or private) geographically located in there. This project is a partnership with Anne Arundel County Public Libraries and Anne Arundel Workforce Development to bring services and access to youth in this underserved part of the county with a hub at the Deale Branch of our local library system. This program aims to serve Disconnected Youth and reconnect them to education and/or workforce opportunities via high-speed internet hotspots available at the Deale Library.

This program targets Disconnected Youth in the southern part of Anne Arundel County.
